WV Brownfields Redevelopment Conference

Brownfields are abandoned or under-utilized properties with real or perceived environmental issues that could hinder redevelopment of the site. They can be found in almost any city and town in West Virginia and as city leaders found out at a recent Brownfields Conference in Morgantown, it takes a clear vision to return these properties to productive use. The town of Ronceverte is one West Virginia city with a plan.
